Below is an overview of the systems we use internally to ensure good process and maximum efficiency. 
LastPassLastPass is our password management tool to ensure secure access to everything you need. 
Intercom Intercom is our chosen customer relationship platform. All incoming customer communications, whether via the chat widget or email, come into the platform.
TrelloTrello acts as one of our central channel for all internal communication. This includes detailing individual tasks, meeting minutes and new ideas. 
StripeStripe is our payment processing platform. All customer billing data flows through here.
PandaDoc PandaDoc allows our Account Executives to seamlessly produce customer proposals for prospective Premium customers. 
GoVisually GoVisually is a map proofing software used as the communication point between our Account Managers, map builders and customers for the creation and alteration of floor-plans. 
BoxyBoxy is used by our Customer-Onboarding Team to make edits to customer maps. A handy tool when you need to add a desk or two to a map in a hurry!
Leave DatesLeave Dates is where all leave requests are made and all time off is visible to keep everyone in the loop. 
LoomLoom is used a LOT! It allows you to record a quick screencast while talking through the concept simultaneously. Exchanging ‘looms’ is common practice. 
ConfluenceOur internal knowledge base. You'll find everything you need to know about Skedda's internal processes and policies with a quick 'Confluence search'!
JiraThe project-management tool where our Engineering team manages all things 'Engineering'! A great way to stay across our ever-bustling pipeline.
ProductboardOur internal product road-mapping and feature-triaging tool. Watch this space for the latest and greatest news on all things 'product'.
HubSpotHubSpot is where our Account Executive team track our Premium leads through the sales pipeline.
ZoomInfoOur B2B database for prospecting and finding great leads for the business, used by our AE team.
ChorusA nifty AI-powered tool used by our AE team on their calls with leads to analyze the content therein and identify opportunities for improved outcomes.
TotangoTotango is used by our Account Management team to track customer health and guide them through the onboarding process into active use!
FullStoryFullStory is used by our Product team to assess user behavior and interactions within the platform.
MiroA visual collaboration tool used by a number of our teams for various projects and ongoing tasks.
PaperformWe use Paperform to run customer-facing surveys / provide certain forms of support and for a number of internal processes.
Google ChatGoogle Chat is used for all internal chat communication. This includes instant chat between individuals, group announcements and team discussions. 
Google WorkspaceGoogle Workspace contains a number of tools that are used at different times such as Google Docs, Sheets, Slides and Calendar.

RipplingThe tool we use to manage all US-based payroll.
Remote.comThe tool we use to manage our remote payroll.
