PAID LEAVE
We offer 20 days of paid time off per year plus local national holidays. Generally speaking, leave is approved unless it significantly compromises the operational aspects of your role or overall team balance.  
SICK LEAVE
We don’t track sick days. If you’re sick, we encourage you to take the time needed to get back feeling yourself again. 
PERSONAL LEAVE
As per sick leave, we don’t track days taken for personal reasons. We want you to do the best work you can and that’s simply not possible if you’re not feeling up to it mentally or physically. Looking after yourself always comes first. 
LEAVE DATES
All leave is recorded within Leave Dates. As we’re a small team, as much prior notice as possible certainly helps keep the ship on track.
