We like to think we’re not like most other tech companies today. You’re unlikely to find a bunch of things (think ping-pong tables & Silicon Valley buzz-words) you would find at other tech outfits. Everything we do revolves around the enjoyment that comes from doing good work.
BALANCE
We value a healthy work-life balance (cliché but true). All we ask is you give your best when you’re on deck. Be engaged when you’re working and switch off when you’re not. We love working on the product, but hey, it’s not everything. It is a job, after all.
COLLABORATION
While each team member has a clear outline of their individual responsibilities, collaboration is a big part of life at Skedda. Whether it’s our Customer Success team pitching possible new features on the back of customer feedback, the Product Team working with our Account Executives to understand the specific needs of a new Premium user case or our Development Team proposing clever technical possibilities, what we produce is almost always a group effort.
KNOWLEDGE
Having a solid understanding, not only of the product itself, but also the internal structure and procedures ensures everyone is well placed to tackle any task or challenge. At Skedda, knowledge really is power! Across the board in every department, our organization is filled with product experts and it’s something we pride ourselves on.
COMMUNICATION
Whether you're spiking a technical issue with AS (yes, at Skedda we like to abbreviate everything) or working alongside SN to assist with a tricky customer, you’ll always be met with a team member ready to help. Good communication, coupled with a healthy dose of enthusiasm and humor, makes the world turn here at Skedda.
